Delivery Information

Our aim is to dispatch all school uniform orders within 7-10 working days from day of order if items are in stock. (if they are out of stock please allow 2-3 weeks) Please note that any orders placed after 31st July may not be delivered in time for the start of the school year. (New schools - we will endeavor to fulfill these as fast as possible)  It is recommended that you place orders before this date or visit our shop to discuss. 

You will receive an email notifying you that your items have been dispatched by us.

All of our deliveries are sent by Royal mail 2nd class sign for or delivered by hand,  which normally takes 3-4 working days from date of dispatch and a charge of £4.95 will be applied to your order to cover this. If your order totals £75 or more then there will not be a delivery charge applied to your order.

Please note - all local deliveries within a 3 mile radius of our shop with be FREE

Delivery is usually during business hours Monday to Saturday, occasionally at busy times on a Sunday too, and delivery times cannot be guaranteed. We are a family run business and will try our best to offer you the best service possible, so please do call us if you need further assistance.
