Delivery Information

Our aim is to dispatch all school uniform orders within 7-10 working days from day of order. Please note that any orders placed after 31st July may not be delivered in time for the start of the school year. Therefore, it is recommended to place orders before this date or visit our shop to purchase items before this date. All other items, if in stock, will be dispatch the same, or next day depending on time of order.

You will receive an email notifying you that your items have been dispatched by us.

All of our deliveries are sent by Royal mail 2nd class sign for which normally takes 3-4 working days from date of dispatch and a charge of £4.95 will be applied to your order to cover this. If your order totals £50 or more then there will not be a delivery charge applied to your order.

Please note - all local deliveries within a 3 mile radius of our shop with be FREE

A signature will be required upon receipt of the delivery unless it is hand delivered by our courier.  Please ensure you nominate a shipping address where a signature can be obtained, perhaps with a neighbour who you are fairly sure will be at home, otherwise the package will not be left. Delivery is usually during business hours Monday to Friday and delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
